What do I need to bring with me to the first training session?

You will need to bring your laptop, mobile phone and a note pad for the session. You will also need the next week’s rota if you have this available either online or on paper. 

Do I come to the training session on my own?

We would recommend that you bring along another member of your team, preferably an Assistant Manager, to help get them trained up on the system too! 

Where will the training be held?

Sessions will be arranged locally to avoid long distance travel for MP’s. 

How long is the training session?

The session will be scheduled to be a full day (10am – 4pm). We will begin with a labour management session, a full run through of S4labour and then get you started by building your own first rota on the live system. 

What happens after the first training session?

On the day, we will schedule in some follow up sessions 1 on 1 with you over teams so that you can ask any questions now that you are using the system live. The S4labour training team will also be available through WhatsApp or email at any point through the settling in period. 

If I choose to join S4labour, do I need to have accountancy and payroll too?

No, you will be able to be on S4labour only and be able to use your own accountant & payroll provider if you would prefer.

How much does it cost to get everything set up?
