Co-founder of S4labour, Alastair brings a lifetime of expertise in profitably running hospitality businesses. A former MD at Mitchells & Butlers and Oxford graduate, Alastair also operates three hospitality venues and is a qualified beer sommelier.

Richard brings over 20 years of hospitality experience to drive sales growth while saving operators time and money. He’s led teams at All Bar One, ASK Italian, Mitchells & Butlers and worked with Geronimo Inns, running their flagship sites and delivering record sales and profits.

Chief Commercial Officer

A former restaurateur, Mark grew his own chain and was a pioneer of inventory management software. He then transitioned fully into hospitality technology and has spent over 25 years at the forefront of helping operators improve efficiency and control costs.
