The Website also contains materials belonging to our clients. These are displayed on the Website with their kind permission, for the purpose of promoting the range of services offered by us and are for display only. Any copying of such materials is strictly prohibited and you are required to be careful and to contact us, if you require any further clarification in this regard.

S4labour Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how S4labour processes personal data obtained as part of its business operations and in compliance with the high standards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We value your privacy and want to make it as easy as possible for you to understand how we process your data. If you are an S4labour Customer or an employee of an S4labour Customer please read S4Labour privacy policy as it will be more applicable to you.

How we obtain personal data

We obtain personal information when an enquiry is submitted through our website (www.s4labour.co.uk), directly from an individual either by telephone, email, LinkedIn or in person at a show/event. We may also obtain contact information from a marketing event list or be given your details from a relevant third party or mutual contact.

What personal data we collect

S4labour collects and stores contact details (name, email address, telephone number) which we will then use to contact individuals accordingly.

How we use the personal data

If you request a demonstration through our website, your details will be shared internally for the benefit of arranging the meeting and we will contact you by your preferred method of contact. We will then store your personal data on our secure CRM software.

We will use your details to send you our e-newsletters and any marketing literature which we believe may be of interest to you by email.

There may also be occasions when it is necessary for us to call you, for example to rearrange a meeting.

How long do we keep your information

We will retain your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. You can choose to stop receiving our newsletters at any point by emailing us unsubscribe@cattonhospitality.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

If you become an S4 Labour Customer, in this instance we will keep your data for three years post the end date of your contract.

Who do we share your details with

We respect your privacy. We have never nor ever will share or sell your personal information with a third party.

Our legal basis for processing your data

If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us to arrange a demonstration of S4Labour, then our legal basis for processing your data is consent and you can withdraw this consent at any time, please see below.

Please allow up to one month for these changes to be implemented.

If you want to stop hearing from us or have your details deleted

If you would like to be removed from our newsletters and stop receiving marketing from us, every newsletter has the option to unsubscribe at the bottom or alternatively you can email us unsubscribe@cattonhospitality.com or call us 01295 267400. We will remove you immediately from both our CRM and e-newsletter software.

Similarly, if you have requested a demo and later decide that you would like to have your details removed, please contact us unsubscribe@cattonhospitality.com or call us on 01295 267400 and we will remove you straight away.

If you would like to access your personal data

Under the GDPR you have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed and have access to that data, along with any supplementary information. Please send your request by email to info@cattonhospitality.com. We will provide the relevant information free of charge within one month of your submission.

Complaints

If you think we have mistreated your data, in the first instance please contact Tom Arundel, our Data Protection Officer who will look into your complaint. Applying for a job with S4labour

How we obtain your details

Applications and CVs may be sent to us by recruitment agencies or directly from candidates by email, through job boards, job websites or via a S4labour colleague through our employee referral scheme.

What personal data we collect

Applications we receive through recruitment agents contain very little personal information, in most cases just a name and employment history as all contact is conducted via the agent. For applications received through other methods, we will hold contact details (name, address, email, mobile number) and employment history.

How we use your personal information

We will use and share your details internally for the purposes of shortlisting, interviewing and recruiting only. We may also review publicly available information, such as social media profiles, to help with shortlisting. You can object to this by emailing recruitment@cattonhospitality.com

We do not use automated decision making methods in any stage of our recruitment process, all CVs are read by a real person.

Who do we share your details with

We respect your privacy. We have never nor ever will share or sell your personal information with a third party.

Legal basis for processing your details

Our legal basis for processing applicant’s details is consent and you have the right to withdraw this and have your data erased at any time.

How long we keep your data

We will keep your details and CV on file for a further 6 months from the date the position is filled. If we would like to hold your CV for longer (because we believe there may be a position coming up in the future that you would be perfect for), then we will ask your permission to hold your CV for a further two years. Any CVs which are sent to us ad-hoc and not for a specific role, will not be held on file at all. If you are offered a job with us, you CV and details will be kept for seven years post your employment with us ending.

Your Rights
If your data is incorrect/making amendments

Please contact us either by email to recruitment@cattonhospitality.com with the details. Please allow up to one month for these changes to be implemented.

Access to your data 

Under the GDPR you have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed and have access to it, along with any supplementary information. Please send your request by email to recruitment@cattonhospitality.com. We will provide the relevant information free of charge within one month of your submission.

Right to object 

If you change your mind and wish to be removed from the application process please let us know either through your recruitment agent or by emailing recruitment@cattonhospitality.com

To have your personal data deleted 

Please be aware that our retention period for holding applicants’ details is six months. Six months from the vacancy being filled, all applicant details and CVs are deleted from our systems. You can have your details removed earlier, by emailing recruitment@cattonhospitality.com. Please allow up to one month for this to be implemented.
